How Trusted Order Works
At checkout on seller's website, select Trusted Order and enter your phone number.
Receive the order and its payment policy on Trusted Order App.
When the order reaches your doorstep, select the "Arrived" button.
Trusted Order App opens a payment gateway page to provide your card information.
The on-delivery amount, as per payment policy, gets held (still on card, not paid yet).
You take the order.
The payment policy specifies the available time to check delivered order.
You can accept the order as is or open an issue within specified time.
If the time expires, the order will be accepted automatically.
If not satisfied, you can open an issue for items to replace or refund.
Trusted Order sends the issue directly to the seller to review and reply.
After handling reported items, you receive an issue settlement from the seller
You can accept the settlement amount or reply to the seller.
Upon acceptance, the amount will be available on your card instantly.
